ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a nursery in Walsall for an experienced Level 3 Baby Room Leader. You will lead the day-to-day running of the baby room, support your team and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for babies aged 0–2 years.
The role is permanent, term-time only, with a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. A recognised Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification, safeguarding knowledge and strong teamwork are essential.
