ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are seeking passionate and motivated Early Years Practitioners (Level 2 or Level 3) to join a friendly and supportive childcare team. A Senior Practitioner role is also available for qualified Level 3 and above candidates. Opportunities are available in both the nursery and wraparound/holiday club.

Hours

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week (Nursery)
  • Part-time: Includes a full day on Monday and afternoons Tuesday–Friday (Wraparound/Holiday Club)

Requirements

  • Level 2 or 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (essential)
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Previous nursery or childcare experience desirable

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5
  • Support children’s development in line with EYFS standards
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
