Qualifications
- Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
- Proven experience managing large nursery settings (100+ children preferred)
- Strong track record of leading and developing large teams (30+ staff)
- Comprehensive understanding of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding
- Excellent strategic leadership and organizational skills
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational management of a large nursery
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of 50 staff members
- Ensure consistently outstanding EYFS provision across multiple rooms
- Oversee safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted standards
- Drive continuous improvement in staff practice and provision quality
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development programs
- Build strong relationships with parents, families, and stakeholders
- Oversee curriculum development and assessment processes
- Monitor and manage budgets and resources effectively
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead
