About the Role
As the Preschool Manager, you\'ll take responsibility for leading and inspiring a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver high-quality early years provision.
- Ensure full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding requirements.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
- Promote inclusive practice and effectively support children with SEND.
- Oversee the daily management of the preschool, including planning, health & safety, and administration.

About You
- Qualified toLevel 3 or abovein Early Years (Level 5+ desirable).
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an Early Years setting.

- Confident in managing people, paperwork, and daily operations.
- Approachable, organised, and passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.
