  • Position 1: Nursery Practitioner
  • Salary: Up to £28,000 per year (DOE & hours)

    Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (flexible patterns available)

    About the Role

    Join a welcoming and supportive nursery team, delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver outstanding care and learning experiences
    • Support children's development in line with EYFS

    Requirements

    • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)

    • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
  • Position 2: Third in Charge
  • Salary: Up to £34,000 per year (DOE)

    Hours: 40 hours per week (part-time considered)

    About the Role

    A fantastic opportunity for a senior practitioner ready to step into leadership, supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the nursery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Manager and Deputy in leading the nursery
    • Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards
    • Lead, mentor, and support nursery practitioners
    • Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
    • Support staff training and development
    • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required
    • Build positive relationships with parents and families
    • Cover management responsibilities in senior staff absence

    Requirements

    • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (essential)
    • Proven experience in a senior or leadership role
    • Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Position 3: Nursery Manager
  • Salary: Up to £45,000 per year (DOE)

    Hours: 40 hours per week

    Setting: 40+ children | 15+ staff members

    About the Role

    Lead and inspire a team of practitioners, focusing on staff development and high-quality provision within a well-established nursery setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage all aspects of nursery operations
    • Develop and mentor staff through coaching and training
    • Ensure high-quality EYFS delivery across all rooms
    • Maintain Ofsted compliance and safeguarding standards
    • Build strong partnerships with parents and external agencies
    • Oversee curriculum planning and child development
    • Manage health & safety, policies, and procedures
    • Support recruitment and staff development
    • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead
