INDH ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for a passionate and motivated Nursery Manager with a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Childcare and substantial experience in managing busy nursery settings in Coventry. Nursery Manager Qualification: Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential) Proven experience in Nursery Management (essential) Knowledge of EYFS and OFSTED standards MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage nurseries ensuring high-quality childcare and a safe, stimulating environment for children. Oversee staff, provide training, and ensure the professional development of the nursery team. Ensure compliance with EYFS and OFSTED standards, maintaining child safety and welfare. Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals, ensuring individual children’s needs are met. Manage daily operations, including staffing, resources, budgets, and health & safety standards. Handle administrative duties, including record-keeping, reporting, and responding to feedback.
