Room Leader / Supervisor
- Contract: Permanent | Full-Time
- Salary: Up to £14/hour (negotiable)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise room staff daily
- Plan and deliver engaging EYFS activities
- Act as Key Person for a group of children
- Observe, assess, and track children's progress
- Maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment
- Support opening/closing procedures
- Liaise with SENCO, parents, and external agencies
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and nursery policies
- Attend meetings, training, and nursery events
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3+ Early Years qualification (essential)
- Leadership and communication skills
- Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
- Supervisory/senior practitioner experience (desirable)
- Professional, confident approach
- Own vehicle required
Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3)
- Contract: Permanent | All Year Round
- Hours: Full-time: 4 days/week, 8am–6pm; Part-time: 3 days/week, 8am–6pm
- Salary: National Minimum Wage (based on experience)
