Overview
Contract: Permanent Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week (4 or 5 days flexible working pattern available)
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (annual pay review each April)

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate practitioner to join a supportive team and contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive through meaningful, play-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Support daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play
- Build positive, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene
- Contribute to creating a warm, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and motivated team
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (UK recognised essential)
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and caring approach
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
- Ability to provide two professional references
