Level 2 & Level 3 Nursery Practitioners – Market Harborough
Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire
Contract: Permanent
Positions Available: 1 Full‑Time & 1 Part‑Time
Pay Rates:
Level 2 Practitioner – Up to £12.77 per hour
Level 3 Practitioner – Up to £13.38 per hour
ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are proud to be working with a welcoming and well‑established nursery in the Market Harborough area, currently seeking both a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner and a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5 years
- Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to planning engaging activities that support children's learning and development
- Observe, monitor, and record children's progress where required
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
- Promote positive behaviour and support children's emotional wellbeing
What We're Looking For
Level 2 Practitioner
- Level 2 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience within a nursery or childcare setting (preferred)
- Good understanding of child development and safeguarding
- Positive, reliable, and caring approach
Level 3 Practitioner
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous nursery experience within an Early Years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Ability to support planning, observations, and children's development
- Professional, enthusiastic, and team‑focused attitude
