Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5 years
  • Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to planning engaging activities that support children's learning and development
  • Observe, monitor, and record children's progress where required
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 2 Practitioner
    • Level 2 Early Years qualification (essential)
    • Previous experience within a nursery or childcare setting preferred
    • Good understanding of child development and safeguarding
    • Positive, reliable, and caring approach
  • Level 3 Practitioner
    • Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
    • Previous nursery experience within an Early Years setting
    • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
    • Ability to support planning, observations, and children's development
    • Professional, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude
