About the Role

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are delighted to be supporting a welcoming and well-established nursery in Warwick with the recruitment of a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive Early Years team, where you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5 years. The nursery is committed to providing a nurturing environment for both children and staff, offering ongoing support and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive
  • Support children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's progress
  • Observe, assess, and record children's development
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive Early Years team
  • Act as a Key Person, ensuring children's individual needs are met

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised) – essential
  • Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
