About the Role
ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are supporting two high-quality nursery settings in Hadden Hill, Oxfordshire, with the recruitment of passionate Early Years professionals. We’re currently recruiting for:
- Nursery Practitioners (Level 2 & Level 3)
- Room Leaders
- Third in Charge
- Nursery Teachers (QTS/EYTS)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5
- Support children’s learning in line with the EYFS framework
- Create safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environments
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety and nursery standards
- Plan engaging activities and monitor children’s development
- Lead and support room teams where appropriate
- Mentor colleagues and promote high-quality practice
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery in leadership roles
- Contribute to curriculum planning and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (Practitioners)
- Level 3 or above with leadership experience (Room Leaders & Third in Charge)
- QTS or EYTS (Nursery Teachers)
- Previous UK Early Years or nursery experience
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
