Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Nursery Manager with daily operations and compliance
- Lead and motivate the nursery team
- Step into the Manager role in their absence
- Ensure EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted standards are met
- Oversee planning, observations and children’s progress
- Conduct staff supervisions and support professional development
- Maintain accurate records and ensure health and safety
Requirements:
- Recent nursery experience
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Leadership or senior practitioner experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
