About the Role:

Lead your own room in a well-established Culham nursery, delivering outstanding Early Years provision and supporting your team to achieve high standards of care and education.

What We're Looking For:

  • Essential:
  • Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
  • Proven experience in a room leader or senior practitioner role
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and child development
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage your designated room
  • Plan and deliver engaging EYFS activities
