About the Role:
Lead your own room in a well-established Culham nursery, delivering outstanding Early Years provision and supporting your team to achieve high standards of care and education.
What We're Looking For:
- Essential:
- Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
- Proven experience in a room leader or senior practitioner role
- Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and child development
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage your designated room
- Plan and deliver engaging EYFS activities
- Supervise and mentor room staff
- Act as Key Person for a group of children
- Monitor and track children's development
- Build positive relationships with parents and families
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety compliance
