ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for passionate and motivated Qualified Level 3 or above Nursery Practitioners to work with a client based in Coventry. Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week, following shift patterns of 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM on a rota basis.

Nursery Qualification: A recognised qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., Childcare Level 3 or UK equivalent). Knowledge of EYFS.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring all aspects of the key persons role are maintained.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals, ensuring individual children's needs are met.
  • To ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
