About the Role
ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are currently recruiting qualified Level 2 Nursery Practitioners to support a range of welcoming and high‑quality nursery settings across Witney, Brize Norton, Carterton, Bampton and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality care and education for children aged 0‑5 years
- Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Assist with planning engaging activities that encourage learning through play
- Observe and support children's progress
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
- Work effectively as part of a professional Early Years team
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (UK recognised) - Essential
- Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Passionate about providing outstanding childcare
- Reliable, enthusiastic and professional approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing)
