About the Role

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are currently recruiting qualified Level 2 Nursery Practitioners to support a range of welcoming and high‑quality nursery settings across Witney, Brize Norton, Carterton, Bampton and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality care and education for children aged 0‑5 years
  • Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Assist with planning engaging activities that encourage learning through play
  • Observe and support children's progress
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
  • Work effectively as part of a professional Early Years team

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (UK recognised) - Essential
  • Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Passionate about providing outstanding childcare
  • Reliable, enthusiastic and professional approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing)
