We are currently seeking Level 3 Early Years professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding childcare.
Role Details
- Location: Telford and surrounding areas
- Flexible Hours: Full days (minimum 8 hours) OR PM shifts from 12:00 pm Between Monday and Friday
- Pay: Up to £582.80 per week (including holiday pay). This is based on a 40-hour week.
- Work Type: Flexible bank work (block bookings, full-time, or part-time) Guaranteed salary with a minimum 3-day weekly commitment

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care and learning for children aged 0-5 within the EYFS framework.
- Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments
- Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies
What We're Looking For:
- You must meet one of the following:
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
- Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2) obtained before 2014
- EYPS, EYTS, PGCE, or QTS with Early Years/EYFS experience
- At least 4 months of full-time UK nursery/early years experience (employment or placement) with references
