ACR Recruitment Training LTD are looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Room Manager, Room Manager, Nursery Practitioners with a minimum of Level 2 and 3 qualification in Childcare. The Room Manager position is for the 0-walkers room. The Senior Room Manager role covers the 0-2s unit and toddler room, with an initial focus on the baby room.
Nursery Qualification: Level 2 or 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential). Room Manager's Positions Level 3 and above. Knowledge of EYFS.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring all aspects of the key persons role are maintained.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals, ensuring individual children's needs are met.
- To ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
