ACR Recruitment Training LTD are looking for passionate and motivated candidates with experience working in a nursery, holding a Level 3 qualification to work with a client based in Peterborough. The role is available on a part-time or full-time basis (24-40 hours per week).
The ideal candidates will be self-motivated, strong team players with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nursery Qualification: Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential) Knowledge of EYFS
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Ensuring all aspects of the key person's role are maintained.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals, ensuring individual children's needs are met.
