Room Manager – £32,073.60 per annum (Career Framework Level 5)
About the Role
You will work closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager to lead your room to the highest standards of care, EYFS practice, and team engagement. This role requires a confident leader who can inspire others and ensure exceptional outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities
