Nursery Practitioners & Teaching Assistants – Telford

We are currently seeking Level 3+ Early Years professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding childcare.

  • Role Details
  • Location: Telford and surrounding areas
  • Flexible Hours: Full days (minimum 8 hours) OR PM shifts from 12:00 pm
  • Between Monday and Friday
  • Pay: Up to £582.80 per week (including holiday pay). This is based on a 40-hour week.
  • Work Type: Flexible bank work (block bookings, full-time, or part-time)
  • Guaranteed salary with a minimum 3-day weekly commitment

What We're Looking For

You must meet one of the following

  • Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
  • Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2+) obtained before 2014
  • EYPS, EYTS, PGCE, or QTS with Early Years/EYFS experience
  • OR
  • At least 4 months of full-time UK nursery/early years experience (employment or placement) with references
