Contract: Permanent | Full-Time
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

Pay

• Level 3 Practitioner - up to £13.50 per hour
• Room Leader - up to £14.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Level 3 Practitioner

• Deliver high-quality care and learning for children aged 0-5
• Support development in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Contribute to planning and observations

Room Leader

• Lead and manage a designated room within the nursery
• Oversee planning, observations, and assessments
• Support and mentor team members
• Maintain high standards of care, learning, and organisation
• Work closely with management to meet Ofsted and safeguarding requirements

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential for both roles)
• Previous nursery experience within a UK setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Room Leader applicants must have leadership or senior experience
• A proactive, reliable, and professional approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
