About the Role
ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are proud to be supporting a high-quality nursery setting in Milton Keynes, currently recruiting both a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner and an experienced Room Leader. Key Responsibilities
- Level 3 Practitioner
- Deliver high-quality care and learning for children aged 0-5
- Support development in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to planning and observations
- Room Leader
- Lead and manage a designated room within the nursery
- Oversee planning, observations, and assessments
- Support and mentor team members
- Maintain high standards of care, learning, and organisation
- Work closely with management to meet Ofsted and safeguarding requirements
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential for both roles)
- Previous nursery experience within a UK setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Room Leader applicants must have leadership or senior experience
- A proactive, reliable, and professional approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
