- Early: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Late: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
- Salary: Up to £27,040 per annum
About the Role
ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are delighted to be supporting a welcoming nursery in Leicester with the recruitment of an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Early Years professional to join a supportive nursery team and contribute to the care, learning and development of children aged 0-4 years.
You will play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-4
- Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Complete observations and contribute to children's learning records
- Support children's individual needs and development
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies
- Work collaboratively as part of the wider Early Years team
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of care and provision
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare - essential
- Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, enthusiastic and professional approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a busy nursery team
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
