Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5 years
- Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to planning engaging activities that support children's learning and development
- Observe, monitor, and record children's progress where required
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
- Promote positive behaviour and support children's emotional wellbeing
What We're Looking For:
- Level 2 Practitioner: Level 2 Early Years qualification (essential), previous experience within a nursery or childcare setting preferred, good understanding of child development and safeguarding, positive, reliable, and caring approach.
- Level 3 Practitioner: Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential), previous nursery experience within an Early Years setting, strong understanding of the EYFS framework, ability to support planning, observations, and children's development, professional, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude.
