Calling all qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioners!

Locations: Leicester, Sapcote, Lutterworth, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Coleshill, and surrounding areas.

Contract: Flexible (Temporary/Part-time/Full-time)

Shifts: Available Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5.
  • Support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: Level 2 or above in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised or equivalent).
  • Knowledge: A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Experience: Previous nursery/early years experience desirable.
  • Attributes: Passionate, motivated, and adaptable childcare professionals.

We are currently seeking more full-time practitioners who can offer flexibility between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday; however, we welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time hours too.
