We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Early Years professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding childcare.
Role Details
- Location: Northampton and surrounding areas
- Flexible Hours: Full days (minimum 8 hours) OR PM shifts from 12:00 pm, between Monday and Friday
- Pay: Up to £14.57 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Work Type: Flexible bank work (block bookings, full-time, or part-time) with a guaranteed salary and a minimum 3-day weekly commitment

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care and learning for children aged 0-5 within the EYFS framework
- Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments
- Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies
What We’re Looking For:
- You must meet one of the following:
- Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
- Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2+) obtained before 2014
- EYPS, EYTS, PGCE, or QTS with Early Years/EYFS experience
- OR At least 4 months of full-time UK nursery/early years experience (employment or placement) with references
