Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (x2) - Kenilworth

Location: Kenilworth, Warwickshire
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

Pay: £13.80 - £14.20 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are proud to be supporting a welcoming and high-quality nursery setting in the Kenilworth area, currently looking to recruit two Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where you\'ll play a key role in delivering outstanding care and early years education within a nurturing, child-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5
• Support children\'s development in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Contribute to planning engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Maintain accurate records and observations for key children
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times

What We\'re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• A warm, caring, and professional approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
