ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for a passionate and motivated Nursery Manager with a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Childcare and substantial experience in managing busy nursery settings to work with a client based in Coventry. Candidates applying for this position should be available Monday to Friday.
Nursery Manager Qualification:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage nurseries ensuring high-quality childcare and a safe, stimulating environment for children.
- Ensuring all aspects of the key persons role are maintained.
- Oversee staff, provide training, and ensure the professional development of the nursery team.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals, ensuring individual children’s needs are met.
- To ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
