Holiday Club Manager in Coventry

ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for a passionate and motivated Holiday Club Manager to work with a client based in Coventry. This is a permanent role, operating during school holidays only.

There is an opportunity for additional hours depending on club requirements.

Qualifications

Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification (essential)

Strong knowledge of the EYFS and playwork principles

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day running of the holiday club, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and fun environment for children.

Lead, support, and supervise staff, maintaining high standards of practice and safeguarding.

Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals to meet the needs of individual children.

Oversee planning and delivery of engaging activities tailored to different age groups.

• Ensure all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed at all times.
