Our client based in Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells has an excellent opportunity to join one of the busiest and well-known care companies in the UK. They are a family-run business who are looking to hire committed and compassionate Care Assistants, with or without previous experience.

Your responsibilities as a Care Assistant:
- Assisting customers with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, bathing and toileting.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bed linen.
- Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, re-positioning and movement of customers.
- Accompany customers to medical appointments, shopping trips etc.
- Observe, monitor and record clients' physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to the office.
- Encourage customers to be independent.
