The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chairman with demonstrable knowledge and experience of the sector to oversee growth of the business. A demonstrable track record of successful growth in similar or related sectors would be highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

– Act as a sounding board and mentor for the CEO and executive team

– Help oversee the development of a strategic plan

– Supporting execution of its ambitious growth plan

Candidate Profile

– Proven track record as a previous CEO in leading demonstrable ambitious growth plans with sectoral knowledge.

– Experience of chairing boards or holding senior executive roles within energy or commodity businesses.

– A demonstrated ability to drive growth, manage change, and inspire high-performing teams.

– Previous acquisition experience is highly desirable.
