The Role
You will support the Data and Digital Operations teams with a variety of day-to-day operational, technical, and administrative tasks.
The role offers hands-on experience working with business data, campaign delivery, reporting, and digital systems.
You will receive training and support while gaining valuable real-world experience in a fast-paced data environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with preparing and processing business data files
- Running data counts and producing reports for internal teams and clients
- Supporting data cleansing, formatting, and validation activities
- Helping deliver data extracts and campaign files
- Assisting with importing and exporting data between systems
• Supporting the Head of Digital Operations with
- Email campaign scheduling
- Email deliverability monitoring
- Campaign setup and testing
- Suppression and unsubscribe processing
- Carrying out quality checks on data and campaign outputs
- Updating spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
- Helping investigate data issues and discrepancies
- Providing general IT and operational support where required
Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For
- A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Interest in data, IT, technology, or digital marketing
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Basic understanding of Excel formulas
- Interest in databases, SQL, or reporting tools
- Understanding of email marketing platforms
- Curious about AI and its impact on Data Analysis
- Previous office or IT experience
