Our client is a high growth scale-up tech company providing SaaS tools to some of the world's leading retailers to boost customer engagement and loyalty. We are supporting them on a Business Analyst role within their Product team, reporting into the Director of Operations. This position plays a critical role in shaping how client and internal requirements are captured, refined, and delivered across both existing BAU work and new client onboardings.

Given the client-facing nature of the role, strong communication skills and confidence facilitating discussions are essential.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with high ownership across the product lifecycle—from initial engagement through sprint planning, UAT, and deployment. You’ll also contribute to continuously improving the Product Delivery Lifecycle and play an active role in sprint ceremonies.
