Our client is a high growth scale-up tech company providing SaaS tools to some of the world's leading retailers to boost customer engagement and loyalty. We are supporting them on a Business Analyst role within their Product team, reporting into the Director of Operations. This position plays a critical role in shaping how client and internal requirements are captured, refined, and delivered across both existing BAU work and new client onboardings.
You will be responsible for end-to-end requirements definition, working closely with clients, Product Managers, and Engineering teams. This includes running workshops, documenting outcomes, aligning requests to product strategy, and breaking requirements down into epics and user stories that can be delivered efficiently in an agile environment. Given the client-facing nature of the role, strong communication skills and confidence facilitating discussions are essential.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with high ownership across the product lifecycle—from initial engagement through sprint planning, UAT, and deployment. You’ll also contribute to continuously improving the Product Delivery Lifecycle and play an active role in sprint ceremonies.
Essential:- At least 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
- Strong background in product-led, agile delivery environments
- Experience capturing and managing requirements through to delivery
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent communication skills with experience working directly with clients and third parties
- Understanding of user-centric design principles
- Experience running client workshops and onboarding sessions
- Experience supporting UAT and production deployments
- Experience contributing to improvements in delivery processes and ways of working
Location: Reading, UK (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office)
Package: £55,000 - £70,000 Base + Benefits
