Our client is a high-growth, global fintech scale-up building infrastructure that powers how capital flows through private markets. With a strong international presence and deep domain expertise, the business is now evolving into a product-led, AI-native platform.
We are supporting them on a Head of Product hire, working directly with the Founder & CEO as part of a small, high-impact 4–5 person team. This team operates independently from the wider engineering function, with a clear mandate to build and launch a new 0 to 1 product for major global financial institutions.
You will own the product end-to-end, from discovery through to MVP and early traction, shaping a new AI-enabled platform focused on transforming document-heavy, data-driven financial workflows. You’ll work closely with engineering to embed AI into the product, while also leveraging AI internally to improve development speed, quality and decision-making.
