Your Mission
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to own the execution and optimisation of our campaign operations and partner co-marketing programmes. This role is critical in ensuring our marketing engine runs smoothly, efficiently, and at scale — leveraging our martech stack, campaign insights, and strategic partnerships to drive measurable pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on marketer with strong operational skills, a data-driven mindset, and proven experience collaborating with partners to deliver impactful joint campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Operations & Martech: Own and manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, analytics, attribution tools) to ensure operational excellence. Build campaign dashboards, lead scoring models, and funnel analytics to track performance and improve efficiency. Oversee email automation, segmentation, and campaign workflows.
- Partner Marketing: Work closely with partner managers and the commercial team to develop joint marketing plans targeting partners' customer bases. Design and deliver campaigns that market to partners (driving engagement, education, and enablement) and through partners (coordinated initiatives to reach end customers). Create and execute joint initiatives such as webinars, events, campaigns, and content tailored to partner ecosystems. Track and report on partner marketing engagement, lead contribution, and ROI.
- Website & Content Management: Manage updates to the company website, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and optimised for lead generation. Partner with content creators to maintain fresh, engaging materials across the website and campaign landing pages. Monitor performance of web content, testing and iterating to improve engagement and conversion.
- Performance & Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance against KPIs (CTR, CPL, conversion rate, pipeline impact). Ensure reporting and attribution accuracy across all marketing programmes. Continuously optimise funnel velocity and conversion performance.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years’ experience in campaign marketing or partner marketing within B2B/fintech/SaaS.
- Strong expertise in HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation platform), analytics, and reporting tools.
- Proven track record of developing joint marketing plans and delivering campaigns in partnership ecosystems.
- Experience managing website content and collaborating with internal/external teams to keep it optimised for lead generation.
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and pipeline impact.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
