Senior Brand Designer (Sneakers/Streetwear/Fashion)This role is for a senior brand designer who will define and build the brand identity from scratch for a leading sneaker platform. You will create a unified design language across all touchpoints and establish the brand guidelines, templates, and visual systems that inform campaigns, partnerships, and digital experiences.
OverviewWe\βre supporting the UK\βs leading sneaker platform, influencing millions of users with drops, news, and culture. You\βll be the first dedicated brand designer, shaping how the brand looks and feels across everything from the Instagram presence to the app and website.
Responsibilities
Define the brand\βs identity from zero: establish guidelines, templates, and a single source of truth across touchpoints.
Develop pitch decks for major brand partnerships and campaigns with leading streetwear brands.
Create digital experiences and campaigns that resonate with youth culture and drive engagement.
Lead brand design initiatives with strategic thinking and high-quality execution.
Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and impact.
Qualifications
Senior-level experience in fashion, streetwear, or sneaker brands with a strong design language in this space.
A portfolio that demonstrates commercial thinking wrapped in aesthetic excellence.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and Keynote.
Ability to lead without a direct team (team leadership expected in the future).
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute beautifully and a genuine obsession with sneaker culture.
