Our client – a highly profitable financial services leader – is looking for their next digital marketing star. they\’re offering you the chance to make a genuine impact by bringing their PPC campaigns in-house by the end of the year.

As the Performance Marketing Specialist at our client, you\’ll join a company that\’s been profitable for decades but is only now fully embracing digital marketing\’s potential. Initially managing their agency relationships, but with a clear roadmap to bring PPC fully in-house by November
Work directly with their Head of Digital to transform how they approach digital acquisition
Drive significant growth across both B2B and high-net-worth private client segments
Bridge the gap between PPC expertise and broader digital marketing knowledge, including SEO
You\’ll gain valuable financial services experience: After that, you\’ll be central to bringing PPC in-house, creating campaigns that drive both corporate FX and high-value private client business.

Managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
Creating data-driven reports that actually influence business decisions
Working with the data analyst to blend GA4 and CRM data for deeper insights
You have 2-3 years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience
You\’re comfortable analyzing data in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, visualizations)
You have some knowledge of SEO (or are willing to learn)

The digital marketing function is relatively new, which means massive opportunity for someone who can demonstrate value quickly. Their Head of Digital was specifically brought in to transform their approach, and now needs a right-hand person to execute the vision.
