Our client has just doubled down on America with significant investment backing. They\’re bringing performance marketing in-house and need someone who can hit the ground running managing their Google and Meta campaigns across two continents.

What makes this special? You\’ll be working directly with their newly hired Senior Performance Marketing Lead, who has extensive experience. You\’ll have genuine input into strategy while building your hands-on skills with budgets of £50k/month on Google and £100-200k on Meta.

What You\’ll Actually Be Doing

• Managing day-to-day Google Ads and Meta campaigns across the UK and US markets
• Campaign setup, optimisation, and performance analysis
• Supporting creative testing and audience development
• Contributing insights that directly impact growth strategy
• Working in a beautiful Central West London office (4 days/week) with an incredible team

You\’re Perfect For This If You Have:

• 1+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaign management (agency background ideal)
• Genuine love for data analysis and finding optimization opportunities
• Experience with D2C/e-commerce brands (subscription experience a bonus)
• Meticulous attention to detail
• If you\’re stronger in one platform, we need Google expertise over Meta
