The day-to-day reality:
Your first three months will focus on taking control of agency relationships, ensuring they deliver against plans and KPIs. After that, you’ll be central to bringing PPC in-house, creating campaigns that drive both corporate FX and high-value private client business.
You’ll be:
- Managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Creating data-driven reports that actually influence business decisions.
- Working with the data analyst to blend GA4 and CRM data for deeper insights.
- Developing keyword strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Creating landing pages that convert (without having to write the copy).
- Supporting the development of an exciting new payments solution product.
You’ll thrive here if:
- You have 2-3 years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience.
- You’re comfortable analyzing data in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, visualizations).
- You’ve managed campaigns with decent budgets (ideally £30k+ monthly spend).
