The day-to-day reality:
Your first three months will focus on taking control of agency relationships, ensuring they deliver against plans and KPIs. After that, you’ll be central to bringing PPC in-house, creating campaigns that drive both corporate FX and high-value private client business.
You’ll be:
- Managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Creating data-driven reports that actually influence business decisions
- Working with the data analyst to blend GA4 and CRM data for deeper insights
- Developing keyword strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences
- Creating landing pages that convert (without having to write the copy)
- Supporting the development of an exciting new payments solution product
You’ll thrive here if:
- You have 2-3 years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience
- You’re comfortable analyzing data in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, visualizations)
- You’ve managed campaigns with decent budgets (ideally £30k+ monthly spend)
- You understand how to categorize keywords into logical ad groups
- You’ve worked with GA4 and Google Ads platforms extensively
- You’re comfortable managing agency relationships
- You have some knowledge of SEO (or are willing to learn)
