What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day Google Ads campaigns across the UK and US markets (primary focus)
  • Learn Meta campaigns hands-on with expert mentorship
  • Campaign setup, optimization, and strategic performance analysis
  • Implement your own ideas and test new approaches
  • Contribute insights that directly impact international growth strategy
  • Work in a Notting Hill office (4 days/week) with a fast-growing team

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on Google Ads campaign management (agency background preferred)
  • Experience at quality e-commerce-focused agencies
  • Strong educational background showing you’ve applied yourself
  • Clear progression within your current/previous companies
  • Strategic mindset — you want to think critically about growth, not just execute tasks
