What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.
- Owning budget management, bid strategy, and keyword expansion to drive ROI.
- Conducting detailed testing and learning cycles to identify growth opportunities.
- Producing actionable weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for stakeholders.
- Staying ahead of emerging ad formats and platform updates – and actually using them.
- Working with the Growth Specialist lead to execute on creative strategy.
Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing strong budgets (£30k+/month) across PPC.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) – with Shopping and Performance Max campaigns essential.
- Deep knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and feed management tools (DataFeedWatch, Channable, etc.).
- A track record of scaling accounts and delivering measurable ROI in multi‑market contexts.
- Experience with e‑commerce and DTC brands (pet or FMCG sector experience is a real plus).
