You will help scale a DTC brand from $30M to $100M+ — and actually feel it happening. This isn’t a theory role. This is ownership at the exact moment it matters.

Our client is a fast-growing DTC dog brand that’s cracked the US market. In six months, the US went from 5% to 65% of revenue.

Next:

  • Supplements launching in Q1/Q2 (the real growth lever)
  • Global expansion
  • A founder who needs a true growth owner, not another opinion

They need someone to take growth off their plate and turn momentum into scale.

What you’ll own (and the impact you’ll have):

  • Creative-led Meta growth: Paid social works — but it’s messy. You’ll build a repeatable creative system: testing frameworks, hooks, angles, and storytelling that consistently win. Outcome: spend scales predictably into the millions because creative performance is engineered, not accidental.
  • Influencer as a real revenue channel: Influencer is underdeveloped, not underperforming. You’ll systemise it: repeatable creator partnerships, affiliate structures, and attribution that proves ROI. Outcome: influencer grows from ~5% to 20%+ of revenue because the engine actually works.
  • Supplement launch + LTV strategy: You’ll own the growth strategy behind the supplement launch — CAC, payback, retention, repeat purchase, and cross-sell. Outcome: supplements become a meaningful revenue driver, not a brand extension that looks good on decks.
  • High-level performance leadership: You’re not in Ads Manager building campaigns — your team does that. But you review performance weekly, spot opportunities early, and coach with conviction because you understand why things work. Outcome: stronger execution across the board because decisions are guided by insight, not approval chains.
  • Team build and culture: You’ll hire and shape the team beneath you (product marketing, CRM, creative). You’re not inheriting dysfunction — you’re building a growth culture. Outcome: a team that moves fast, thinks commercially, and compounds your impact.

You’ve done this before:

  • You’ve scaled a DTC or subscription brand from $30–50M to $200M+ and were actually there during the growth.
  • Creative is how you think about growth — hooks, UGC, angles, storytelling, testing.
  • You’ve built influencer into something predictable, not "managed a budget."
  • You understand unit economics, LTV, payback periods, and retention — not just acquisition.
  • Experience in pet, supplements, or adjacent DTC is a big plus.
  • You thrive in lean, high-ownership environments and move fast without needing consensus.

This is not for:

  • Slide-first strategists
  • SEM / Google Ads specialists
  • Corporate marketers looking to "step down"
  • Anyone without real DTC scale experience

If you want real ownership, real scale, and the chance to build something that actually grows — apply now.
