Step into ownership. Shape growth. See your impact.
If you’re a Senior Performance Marketing Manager or Acquisition Lead who’s starting to feel boxed in, this is the move up you’ve been waiting for.
You’ll be joining a high-growth D2C brand doing around 25% YoY growth, with strong budgets, a solid team already in place, and a huge amount still to unlock.
You’ll take ownership of acquisition across paid, organic, affiliate, and influencer channels and lead a team of four channel specialists. You won’t be stuck in the weeds, but you’ll be close enough to spot opportunities, challenge thinking, and genuinely improve performance.
There’s real headroom here. Channels are working, but far from maxed out. Affiliates and influencers, in particular, are a big opportunity to drive incremental revenue.
This role is perfect if you:
- Want to step into a true Head of role without losing touch with performance
- Enjoy finding growth in the detail, not just setting strategy and walking away
- Like building structure and improving how things are done
- Want your work to actually move the needle, not shift metrics by 0.5%
You’ll be working directly with an experienced growth leader, giving you exposure to high-level strategy while owning execution and performance beneath it.
The environment is fast-moving, collaborative, and low-ego. You’ll have the space to try things, test ideas, and build your own playbook.
If you’re coming from a D2C background (subscription-based preferred), have managed meaningful acquisition budgets (£100k+ p/m), team members (at least 2) and have experience across paid media, affiliates, and influencers, we’d love to speak.
Salary is in the £75k–£85k range plus bonus. Remote-first, with monthly London meet-ups with the team.
If you’re ready to step up and actually own growth, apply now.
