The RoleYou\’ll run active searches end to end across technology, quant, and trading, working directly with established clients and senior candidates. The role is hands‐on and delivery‐driven, with autonomy to manage processes, prioritise effectively, and make commercial decisions without micromanagement. As the business grows, responsibility can scale with you – whether that\’s deeper specialisation, broader account ownership, or contributing to team growth.
