Acquire Me is a boutique, research-led recruitment firm working with elite hedge funds, trading firms, and market makers across technology and quantitative hiring.

We\’re hiring a Principal Consultant / Lead Recruiter to take ownership of a growing desk and play a key role in the senior team. This is a hands‐on role combining delivery with leadership, suited to someone who enjoys client work and wants real influence over how a team develops.

You\’ll lead searches within a defined area of technology, quant, or trading, working directly with senior clients and candidates. Alongside billing, you\’ll support and mentor consultants, contribute to process improvement, and help shape how the team scales.
