About Acquire Me

Acquire Me partners with many of the world's leading hedge funds and quantitative trading firms to hire exceptional technical talent. We operate in a unique environment, connecting the top 1% of technical minds with the most prestigious, deep pocketed tier 1 finance firms in the world. We're an ambitious founder led business looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside the founders and help us build the next chapter of the company.

The Role

You’ll identify opportunities to improve how we operate, build better systems and processes, lead business projects from idea to execution, and remove operational friction so our recruiters can focus on what they do best. Given the pace and nuance of our market, we need someone who already understands recruitment from the inside, not someone learning the industry on the job.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the founders on strategic projects
  • Improve systems, processes and ways of working across the business
  • Lead operational projects from concept to delivery
  • Build reporting, dashboards and business insights
  • Coordinate internal hiring and onboarding
  • Oversee company operations, suppliers and internal systems
  • Organise company events, travel and incentive trips
  • Support marketing and employer branding initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

  • A background in recruitment is essential. You understand desks, billings, candidate pipelines and the commercial pressure of a fee driven business
  • Highly organised, commercially minded and naturally curious
  • You enjoy solving problems, improving how businesses operate and turning ideas into reality
  • You might currently be an Operations Manager or Chief of Staff within a high performing recruitment business, or a senior biller ready to move into a broader operational role.

Benefits

  • Flexible 4 or 5 day working week
  • Vitality private medical insurance
  • Extended lunch breaks for gym and fitness
  • Quarterly socials and international incentive trips

If you’re excited by building businesses rather than simply maintaining them, and you know the recruitment world from the inside, we’d love to hear from you.
