Acqius is expanding its global sell-side deal origination network. We advise founders and shareholders worldwide on the sale of their businesses. Our transactions span the UK, Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, Australasia and the Middle East. We are now building a structured, performance-based referral network for commercially astute professionals who can introduce quality sell-side opportunities — anywhere in the world.
This is not employment. This is not a cold-calling role. This is not full-time. It is a commission-only consultancy opportunity for well-connected individuals who can identify business owners considering a sale and introduce them to Acqius.
The Role
- Introduce business owners who may be exploring a sale or exit.
- Facilitate an initial introduction to our advisory team.
- Maintain involvement where appropriate, depending on your relationship.
- Earn a percentage of Acqius' success fee when a transaction completes.
You do not need to leave your current role. You do not execute the transaction. You do not require formal M&A experience (although commercial awareness is important). You simply need strong relationships, credibility and access to decision-makers.
Target Business Profile
- Minimum £2.5m revenue
- Minimum £500k EBITDA
- Preferred MIN profile: £5m+ revenue and £1m+ EBITDA
- Typical upper range: up to £50m revenue
We are not focused on early-stage, pre-profit or fundraising mandates. Our model is strictly sell-side M&A advisory.
Global Opportunity
This is a worldwide network. If you operate in the UK, Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, Australasia or other international markets, we welcome introductions. Acqius regularly executes cross-border transactions with strategic buyers and private equity. Geography is not a limitation.
Training & Support
All approved consultants receive a comprehensive onboarding and training pack, including:
- How sell-side M&A transactions work
- What constitutes a viable mandate
- EBITDA quality and valuation fundamentals
- Buyer psychology and positioning
- How to introduce opportunities professionally
- Confidentiality and process guidelines
We provide structure and clarity so you can operate professionally from day one.
How You Get Paid
Acqius operates on a success-fee model (typically 2.5–7.5% of transaction value). When a transaction completes:
- You receive an agreed percentage of our success fee.
- Payment is made upon completion.
- There is no earnings cap.
- A single £10m transaction can generate significant commission. Larger deals scale accordingly.
The Acqius League Table
We operate a tiered recognition and enhanced commission structure.
- Emerald Partner: 1–3 completed transactions, standard commission rate, listed on the Acqius League Table.
- Ruby Partner: 4–7 completed transactions, enhanced commission band, increased recognition within our network.
- Diamond Partner: 8–15 completed transactions, premium commission structure, priority access to strategic insight and mandates.
- Black Diamond Partner: 15+ completed transactions, highest commission tier, co-branding opportunities, access to select strategic engagements.
Progression is earned through completed transactions.
Who This Suits
- Accountants
- Lawyers
- Corporate advisers
- Wealth managers
- Consultants
- Industry executives
- Non-executive directors
- Entrepreneurs with strong networks
If you regularly speak with profitable business owners, this creates a structured additional revenue stream aligned to completed outcomes.
Interested?
