This is a dual-function role responsible for driving brand growth through digital engagement (social media) and real-world impact (events & partnerships). You’ll own strategy and execution across multiple brands, ensuring both areas work together to generate awareness, leads, and community engagement.
- Social Media Management (Primary Digital Function)
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop platform-specific strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) for each brand
- Build monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, hiring needs, and events
- Identify growth opportunities across organic and paid channels
- Oversee creation of high-quality content (video, reels, graphics, copy)
- Brief designers/videographers or create content directly where needed
- Ensure tone of voice and branding is consistent across all platforms
- Manage posting schedules and community engagement (comments, DMs)
- Track KPIs: engagement, reach, conversions, follower growth
- Analyse performance and optimise content strategy
- Run and manage paid social campaigns where required
- Align content with recruitment drives, healthcare messaging, and fitness promotions
- Support employer branding and candidate attraction (for recruitment arm)
- Event Strategy & Planning
- Develop an annual and quarterly events roadmap across all brands
- Plan events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and community building
- Identify the right mix: networking events, wellness events, recruitment drives, pop-ups
- Manage full lifecycle: concept → planning → logistics → execution → post-event analysis
- Source venues, suppliers, and manage budgets
- Coordinate staffing, schedules, and on-the-day operations
- Ensure strong brand presence at all events
- Identify and secure partnerships with healthcare organisations, gyms/fitness communities, recruitment partners, influencers and local businesses
- Negotiate collaborations, sponsorships, and co-branded events
- Maintain and grow long-term partner relationships
- Work closely with social media to promote events pre/during/post
- Ensure events generate content (video, testimonials, case studies)
- Turn events into ongoing digital assets
- Track event success (attendance, leads, partnerships formed)
- Measure ROI and optimise future event strategy
- Ensure social media and events are fully integrated (no silos)
- Manage multiple brand priorities simultaneously
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, recruitment)
- Maintain strong project management across all activities
