As a Regional Field Manager for Red Bull, you:

  • Will lead monthly team meetings in order to discuss results, provide training and to give direction on key strategic priorities for the forthcoming period.
  • Will provide field insight for any future opportunities or challenges with line manager in order to drive continuous improvements.
  • Will employ the correct capability to ensure delivery of KPI’s/ROI and provide a talent pipeline for the future.
  • Will carry out individual performance appraisals and implement personal development plans.
  • Will motivate team to maximise their potential for themselves and Red Bull.
  • Will conduct regular analysis of team performance in conjunction with data insights and production of weekly and monthly reports as agreed with line manager.
  • Will continuously monitor the Striker budget, ensuring that it is not exceeded.

Who are we looking for?

A natural leader you will be focused on delivering world class customer service to your client that will deliver long term mutual success. Strong communication skills and the desire to win are essential. Ideally you will have previous Management experience within a sales, FMCG or retail environment although we will also consider applications from ambitious and motivated individuals with experience from other sectors. You must hold a full manual driving licence and be able to travel nationally. Some overnight stays may be required.
